I'm Lorica Claesson. Fifteen years as a digital product strategist, working across energy, healthcare, and marketplaces to help teams build things that hold up in the real world. I also live with type 1 diabetes and wear an insulin pump, which means I've spent just as long on the other side of the products I now advise on.

Patient and practitioner in one. I run Nordic Usability as an embedded partner, working hands-on with teams when the stakes are high and there's no room to get it wrong.
